Micro Focus Filr allows you to easily access all your files and folders from your desktop, browser, or mobile device. In addition, you can promote collaboration around your files by sharing files and folders with others.
With the Filr desktop application, you can synchronize your files in Filr with your computer and then modify the files directly without accessing the Filr site. Additions, modifications, and other actions are synchronized between Filr and your computer.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure that the latest patches and support packs are installed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
With Filr 4.3 release, Filr Desktop Clients for Windows 7 are deprecated. However, specific customers who use Windows 7 SP1 clients can still use this client after upgrading the Filr server to Filr 4.3. To use the Windows 7 clients with Filr 4.3 or later, you need to install this Filr desktop client binary. Hence, the desktop clients will receive any critical security updates released at the sole discretion of Micro Focus Customer Support. However, this client neither contains any features of Filr 4.3 nor will receive any feature updates from future releases of Filr. For any feature updates, Windows 7 clients need to be updated to Windows 10 or later.
