" This five-day course starts with introducing the concepts and usage of the Database and Middleware Automation (DMA) software, continues with detailed use cases of DMA, and finally students learn to modify out-of-the-box (OOTB) flows. A flow is a set of actions linked by decision-making logic to automate tasks. Other topics in the course include using Solution Packs for Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and JBoss. This course also covers creating custom workflows, using the Database and Middleware discovery process, doing compliance checks as well as using the Representational State Transfer (REST) API. The course consists of focused, task-oriented lectures, text, and a series of detailed hands-on labs to teach the course material to the student. The hands-on labs use version 10.50 of the software.
