As part of an organizations’ corporate governance programme an employee needs to declare any interests and or potential conflicts that he / she has and or is part of. This capability allows employees to declare any potential conflicts of interest easily via the Service Portal and then allows the organization to manage the life cycle of these records, as well as to keep knowledge of these potential conflicts.
