What's new in CloudSlang Micro Focus Service Management Automation X Content version 1.0.0

This first release of the CloudSlang Micro Focus SMAX content pack introduces the following new operations:

Commons folder

  • create_entity for creatinga new entity in SMAX using the REST API call.
  • delete_entities for deleting entities in SMAX, using the REST API call.
  • get_entity for fetching the details of a single record, with the specified fields.
  • get_SSO_token for retrieving the SSO token as ssoToken output.
  • query_entities for fetching the details of multiple entities, with the fields and the filter specified as inputs.
  • update_entities for updating one or more existing entities by modifying the field values.

Incidents folder

  • create_incident for creating a new incident in SMAX using the REST API call.
  • delete_incident for deletingan incident record in SMAX using the REST API call.
  • get_incident for fetching incident properties.
  • query_incidents forquerying Micro Focus SMAX incidents using a filter.
  • update_incidents for updatingan existing incident in SMAX using the REST API call.

Requests folder

  • create_request for creatinga new request in SMAX using the REST API call.
  • delete_request for deleting one request in SMAX using the REST API call.
  • get_request for fetching request properties.
  • update_request for updating an existing request in SMAX using the REST API call.
