This application was developed as part of SMAXTember by team Bafenyi.
The purpose of the Organizational Risk register is to provide organizations with the capability to manage their business and IT risk in a structured, consolidated fashion leveraging from the workflow capability provided by SMAX.
The inclusion of this application in SMAX provides organizations with the ability to leverage from operational data derived from the service management practice. This provides additional supportive data to the risk register and mitigation steps can be tracked via Change Management whereas reactive steps can be tracked via Incident Management.
