Description

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) manages your IT operations such as hosting and managing servers, applications, and networks for clients. In a multi-tenant setup, multiple clients or tenants use a single instance of an application that's hosted on a server at the same time. This document enables an MSP to configure multiple tenants and enable tenant specific access to data in OpsBridge OPTIC Data Lake (DL) Reporting 

  • You want to view tenant specific reports on BVD (OpsBridge OPTIC Data Lake (DL) Reporting) 
  • You want to configure tenant specific reports using a business intelligence tool of your choice.
  • Data from multiple tenants are getting processed, stored, and accessed from a single software instance.
